I booked a flat at Kingston Atlantis after going through plethora of property options in and around my area.The reason I chose Kingston Atlantis is because of the design aesthetics and quality of construction which seems commendable.Also the amenities/luxury and scenic views around the apartment are fabulous.An added advantage of Kingston Atlantis is that the project is in one of the most happening areas in Pune.I hope Vedant developers keep up their good work and I wish them all the best for their future projects. First thing which I liked is size of apartment is bigger while comparing to other apparments in this area. Second thing is the price which is quite cheaper than others. Last is the payment option you have offered to me instead of going for home loan you have asked me to go for 10 installment of payment without any additional charges.
It has been a wonderful experience overall. The team is very reliable and trustworthy. They make you feel home, treat you like family, and you don't need to bother about anything. For someone who is buying their first home, there are a lot of things you worry about, but this team ensured I felt safe throughout and they took care of everything. I am very excited to be a part of this project and have met this team, and am looking forward to be a part of Kingston Aura family. My family can't wait to move in.
Kingston Aura project is based in a good developing locality, work quality is good, rates are quite good comparing to the other projects with same amenities in that area....and has a very professional, helping and knowledgeable staff.
